About 🔬

Hi, I’m Sophie. I’m a trained multi-disciplinary designer currently freelancing as a Graphic & Web Designer, previously a UX Web Designer at Granicus, a gov-tech agency. I’ve specialized in multiple design and marketing areas, including product UX/UI, end user research, marketing SEO, illustration, branding, and design systems. I would describe myself as data-driven, tech-centric, and thoughtful.

Before I found my passion for design, I spent the majority of my 20s doing research in a biological chemistry lab and non-profit work. In my late 20s, I realized that I wanted to get out of my comfort zone. Though my transition was unconventional, the rigorous job market through the pandemic and post-pandemic led me to a self-discovering journey. I now get to design for products that I love, such as Word of Life’s Multiply! App, while continuing to grow my expertise as a web designer and UX researcher.

My mission is to leave an impact through strategic solutions and advocate for diversity and accessibility!
